Ordentliche Schaumbildung und schönes Hopfenbukett gepaart mit einem filigranen Hefeduft. Ausgewogen weich und mild im Trunk. Begleitet von einer belebenden Frische. Zartbitter sein Ausklang. Seine natürliche Trübe verdankt Haake-Beck Kräusen einer besonderen Bierhefe aus eigener Reinzucht.
Haake-Beck Kräusen passt besonders gut zu Geflügel, Spargelgerichten, Salat, Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Es eignet sich aber auch als Aperitif oder zum Mixen mit Campari.

Pale gold, hazy with a foamy white head. Grassy, grainy, bready aroma. Herbal. Taste is mildly bitter most of the way through. Dry and herbal finish with a touch of white bread sweetness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Light blonde color, slightly hazy. Light but pleasant aroma: orange, chalk, vanilla. Just a bit yeasty flavor with some hopbitterness, that comes back stronger in the aftertaste. Flowery. Powerful flavor.

Gezapft in Lübeck. Trübes Gelb mit etwas Schaum. Süssliches, blumiges Aroma. Geschmack: Getreide, leicht Zitrone, etwas Malzsüsse. Angenehme Bitternote.

29th Oct 2018. On tap at 'Im Alten Zolln' Lubeck, 0.3 litre in the correct tall, badged glass. Light haze to the golden pour, snow white crown on top. Nose holds some mild herbal notes alongside a grainy ester or two. The taste follows the same lines, malty/grainy with a herbal twist. It finishes fairly dry and semi-bitter.
