At Papsoe’s pre CPH Beer Fest tasting, cheers Henrik! Hazy gold beer. Crisp palate, watery carawayish nutty malt. Nothing special.

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw as well as a light note of eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and eggs, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a dense, and lacing white head. Some floral hops in the nose. Medium body, malty with some floral hops that leave a solid bitterness in the finish. 140509

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. It pours a hazy, yellow body under a decent white head. Hop-fruity aroma with malts in the back. Slightly peppery from the hops. Rather bitter flavor with fruityness and some grainy notes. Medium body, rather dry. Lasting bitterness in the finish. A quenching beer with a nice bitterness, but a bit boring. Maybe that’s it’s quality though, it’s kinda straigh forward and easy to drink in large quantities. (090514)

Medium coarseish lasting shiny white head. Hazy yellow body with carbonation. Acidic yeasty grassy malty aroma. Dry mealy teasty grassy malt taste with lemony, earthy notes. Dry lemony grassy aftertaste lingers. Nice, and highly drinkable. Surprisingly bitter, though. Has real character. (0.3l draft at Schiffergesellschaft, Lübeck.)

Bottle, 4.9%. Hazy yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour has a little fruitiness, seemingly from the hops, and yeast. Clean with a good level of yeastiness. A bit thin, but goes down nicely.

Cloudy pilsner. It not only looks really cool, but it has a very fresh, balanced flavour. Of course, it tastes fresh because you can only buy it in Bremen.
