Amber pour. Thin foamy head around the glass. Scattered lace. Sweet nutty malt, pecan flavor, with wood palate. Full bodied. Nice.

50 cl bottle at biergarten in Nuremberg. Dark hazy colour with medium head. Fruity wheat and not so overwhelming banana and clove flavour.

Bottled. Not much of an aroma at all. Pours a darker brown for a dunkelweizen. smallish head. Some fruit tasting and a good yeast flavor.

Bottle. Light brown in color with a medium head. Aroma was spicy and fruity with an emphasis on banana. Taste as very similar with hints of clove and lots of banana bread.

Bottle 0,5 ltr: Cloudy dark brown coloured brew with an orange glow. Some sweet taste with hints of lemon and faintly caramel and banana.

Brown colour with light haze and big fluffy head. Has notes of caramelised banana and a touch of liquorice. Yeasty dry finish.

Toasted banana bread and clove aroma, brown color with a thick creamy head. A little less sweet wheat flavor than typical Hefeweizen., more roasted woody malt taste. Creamy mouthfeel. Little funky bite at the end.

Bottle. Dark brown, slightly disappointing head. Nose is chocolate, bananas, cloves. Slightly flabby flavor, probably a bit old, nice cloves, banana, chocolate malt, just a bit dull in the carbonation and not all that fresh. Decent.

Das Etikett listet bei den Zutaten Röstmalzbier auf. Ich gehe also ganz schwer davon aus, dass dies das helle Tucher-Weizen ist, nur eben dunkel gefärbt. Geschmacklich haben wir Noten von gekochten Früchten, Malz, etwas Schokolade und herb getreidige Nuancen. Durchaus schmackhaft.
