At GBBF 2011. Now i like my crap baelgian fruit beers and i like crap lagers as well. But this is pure rubbish. Hazy pink red. Doesnt even have the benefit of tasting like kids sweets. Shows that all countries can produce crap beer. Mostly pure rubbish as a beer

Hazy orange beer with a tiny white head. Soft dry palate. Very sweet - imagine a lot of people will hate this. Flavour is very mush like the sweets from my childhood - Fruit Salad chews! Finishes semi dry. Impossible not to like, for me anyway!

Botled. Pinkish orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is raspberry, strawberry and mildly barnyardy. Flavour is extremely sour and at the same time sweet raspberries with some mild nuttyness.

Hazy red with large pinkish head with berry bits in it. Sweet aroma with berry and soft ice notes. Sweet flavor with loads of raspberries and almond notes. Ends sweet. Refreshing stuff!

Bottle @ Zythos Bier Festival 2008, Sint Niklaas, Belgium. Alc. 5.5%. Clear medium red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light red head. Aroma is moderate malty, strawberry, strawberryjam. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Very refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (010308)

ZBF2008: From tap. Pours hazy red with a lacing light pink head. Aroma is berry fruity and sweet. Flavour strawberry, quite sweet and straight forward. Finish holds a light dry sulphorish note but is dominantly more of the same sweet strawberry flavour.

Draught Fully hazy yellow-amber with pinkish shine; good, dense, whipped egg-white head. Strawberry nose as in ice cream or yoghourt flavouring. Faint sweet-sour. Taste impressy is malty, as in pale pilsener malt, with a background of, again, this artificial appearing strawberry flavouring. Thinnish texture, but with very markedly grist slickness. Well, this is a non-infected Boelens beer. But it could as well be one. Fawgh!
