Bottle, 750 ml at my Grande. Cloudy orange with small white head. Funky, citric, vinous, nice grapes, bit musty, pleasant sourness.

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, hazy orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, old rope, oak, hay, grape peel, flowers, sour grapes, cellar, grass, mild vinegar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, grape peel, old rope, oak, hay, mild vinegar, old grass, leafs, bark, sour grapes. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle, 2022-2023 bb date 20/01/2033. Color: Lightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Very fruity grape, some rural funk and oak wood. Taste: Grape, grapeskin, citrus and green apples, tannins, oak wood, rural and horse blanket funk and some minerals. Hints of old hop. Moderate tart. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Another nice Tilquin.

Brassigaume 2023. Hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart white grapes, brett, peach, funk. Taste of funky sour peaches, grapes, brett, wood.

Bouteille 75cl, merci à Pierre, lors de sa fête d'annif pour ses 50 ans. partagée avec Vincent, Isa et Kevin. BB 20/01/2033.
Couleur dorée pâle, col blanc.
Arôme est fruité raisin - léger effluve d'acacia, fruit blanc avec un côté léger de pêche/abricot. Le tout tranche bien avec l'apport des lambics.
Palais sur une haute effervescence, caractère un peu minéral, fruits verts, rondeur de raisin, léger en saturation avec un fini râpeux et mousseux. Fruité rappelant une note de pêche avec une pointe d'amande.
