Hazy, pale amber. Earthy aroma, light vinous character. This has a rich vinous note, and big earthy lambic base, lots of wood. Quite complex, lots of richness on the base, with the grapes coming across with some sweetness.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022-2023). Chill hazed gold with minimal white head. Nice funk with light vinous notes, comes together nicely.

Faint white pellicle over hazy ochre-golden beer. Pure horseblanket, peppery-spicy and a vulcanized rubber whiff, that seems to become the houseprint of Tilquin (certainly not disturbing!). Sweet-sour grapes, winegrapes and sultanas at the same time. Stonefruit as peach, nectarine, also gooseberry and sour apples. Acidburn and -thinning, not very carbonated. Long lasting flavours. Excellent lambic-wine hybrid! Txs to Stef!

0.75l bottle at Bastion, courtesy of Lively Marko I think who shared it with Mijardo the Nocilep and me, enormous thanks! Hazy pale orange body, didn't note the head. Some hay, wood, grapes, light raisins, dried apricot in the minerally, mildly funky aroma. Lean, dry, sour-juicy taste, dried apricots mostly, nicely dried out. Simple but classy! The winner for others, Roussanne won out for me, by a hair.

Dark yellow colour with thin head. Quite a fresh, clean juicy grape note. Tangy. Low and tannins and bitterness. Very clean. Low on funk. Quite different to other grape versions.
