Second Beer in our new series no one asked for, The 'Office works' series.
Clip is a NEIPA heavily hopped with Sabro and Galaxy in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Enigma, Moteuka, and Rakau on a creamy oat malt base. The beer bursts with overripe sweet fruit, red berries, citrus and hints of coconut, lemon and lime. Hopped at 20g/L this NEIPA packs a punch while still being very easy drinking.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dalla frutta tropicale. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mandarino, mango, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale.

Can@Zinc Craft Bar, Vaasa. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is zest, some melon and mild spruce shoots as well as some oaty and mild wheaty tones. Flavour is sweet malts, mild zest, some melon and a bit grapefruits to it.

Can at the rental flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours hazed gold with a thick, frothy white head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of tangerine, melon, faint oats, mellow pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more tangerine, orange, melon, low bitterness. Very drinkable stuff.
