Brett Pale is a stainless aged mixed fermentation pale ale. The Brettanomyces plays with the expressive hops to create a lively, floral and tropical aroma. This beer will pick up complexity over time.

A light haze on this paleish yellow beer, small tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a pleasant light creamy sweetness. Obvious savoury Brett but light and not too sweating nag. Light bright citrus hops go well with the Brett. Touch of lemon. Light and crushable Brett brew. Nicely done.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Beer Merchants online. Pours mostly clear pale yellow with a foamy, white topping. Lightly sweet with a nice brett funk character, hay bales, lemon. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean and funky to finish, nips of manure, more citric tang. Super drinkable.

Hazy pale yellow colour with thin head. Really aromatic with a mix of citrus fruit and Brett funk. Really refreshing as it has Brett dryness and citrusy pithiness.

Can from HoTM. It pours lightly hazy bright pale gold with a lasting, fluffy white head. The aroma is nice and funky upfront, big hit of brett, damp cedar, spicy, tangy citrus, lemon - lime, bubblegum vibes, tropical fruit punch and hay. The taste is crispy, dry, funky, brett vibes, snappy bitterness, floral, minerality, light spice, zingy citrus, lemon - lime, tropical fruits, touch of pineapple and bubblegum with a dry finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Quite a clean, fresh brett character. Vibrant and quenching. Nice one.

Keg at the source. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of light Bretty notes, hay, citrus. Taste is the same, quite light on the Brett, a bit of hay, grass, citrus, lemon, mild tropical fruit notes. Medium bodied.
