0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before July 2025. Slightly hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, gently resiny and slightly smoky aroma of orange jam, mango, some pine and a touch of smoked ham. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral, gently resiny and slightly smoky taste of orange jam, mango, pine, some grapefruit and a touch of smoked ham, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty old school Pale Ale with a subtle touch of smoke, very well-brewed. Definitely one of the best from Weyermann I've tried recently.

Bottle at the fan shop in Bamberg. Amber dark orange colour lasting ivory head. Light smoke. Bit it's also a pale ale I think. Not a lager. This is interesting. Good smoke flavour. Smoked cheese. Very lightly Smoked ham aroma and flavour. Pretty sure it's an ale yeast I can feel it bloating me. Good though. Like all their beers very well made. .

Smooth malty, dark with lots of mild smoke. Fruity, round. Easy to drink with a soft roasty smoked finish. Very dry, nice deep roasted. Great roasted smokey stuff.

Clear deep golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mild smoked malt, fruity hops and malt. Taste of smoked pale malt, intense citrusy bitter hops, long bitter finish.

Cremig rauchig-herber Beginn. Der weiche Hopfen ist durchgängig präsent, versucht sich aber nie in den Vordergrund zu drängen. Angenehme Süße, kaum ansteigende Herbe, hintergründig aber bitterer werdend. Spannend! 9/11/10/11/8/11

Clear yellow colour with thin lacy head. Initial intense leathery smokiness gives way to a delicate fruity hop note. Taste has some background malt sweetness, moderate hop bitterness and a lasting, smoky, meaty, leathery aftertaste.

Bottle at Weyermanns fan shop, Bamberg sat outside in the sun, Friday 25th March 2022. Drank from bottle, taste is really clean, light smokiness, a little sweetness, but good bitterness, great.
