A NEIPA brewed with all Michigan hops: Copper & Mackinac. Aromas of juicy pineapple and orange rind finish with fresh grapefruit flavor.

16 oz can. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has slightly yeasty tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), a bit herbal. Could stand to have some more hoppy juiciness, but still pleasant.

Undated can drunk 7/22/22. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, peach-golden-maize. Large, well-retained, white head. Heavily juicy and estery with grapefruit, mango and sticky honey-like malt. No resin or alcohol. Not bubble gummy, just very fruity. Quite a bit of pineapple lingering. In the mouth it's soft, malty, well-attenuated, hoppy with pineapple, mango and citrus. Quite juicy, with strong yeastiness adding plentiful fruit ester. Soft and round without alcohol or resin. My first Eastern Market beer and very impressed by the malt depth and attenuation, which are basically the most important things in a beer.

No BS NEIPA - smooth hop flavor and that’s it.
