Tap. Clear golden. Nose is... nothingness? Taste is soft, sweet, sticky, old and flat. Bitterness is there, but it is not crisp. Meh.

22 September 2020. At Hotel Schwarzenberg, Glottertal. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden, lasting, small, frothy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of apple peel, unripe pear, yeast, breadcrust, grain. Taste has sweetish apple, honey, banana & bread, thoroughly malty with a yeasty, bit bitter grainy edge. Grassy hoppy, yeasty & still very malty finish. Light to medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Decent Pils, nothing wrong here.

Tap, Hotel Gasthof zur Sonne Aischfeld. A punch of hoppy bitterness followed by malt and hints of orange and boiled milk. The maltiness remains in the aftertaste. Pleasant, nothing more.
