7 3 8 3 16Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18. Fairly hazy peach with a white head. Aroma of rye, citrus, yeast, pepper and floral notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is hibiscus, dough, vegetal. Taste is hibiscus, vegetal, aromatic pepper catch, quite some rye spice. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Very characterful!

Sample @Borefts Beer Festival 2018, day 1 with [Zlotta/Sjogro/Maakun/Svartvit]. rood/amber met witte kraag, aroma is fris, zacht, kruidig, smaken zijn zacht, zeer beperkte co2, licht bittertje, saison achtig iets qua kruidigheid, ben er niet weg van.

Pretty cloudy red amber to pink beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, bit yeasty, rural impression. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, bit sweet, more malts. Aftertaste: bit malty, metallic touch, rural.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Hazy, reddish amber with a white head. Slightly sweetish, a bit sourish, moderately fruity aroma of strawberry, raspberry and some hay. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently herbal-grassy and slightly fruity taste of clove, hay, caramel and strawberry, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart and gently herbal-grassy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.
