The series that put us on the IPA map is back, and this time as our new year-round flagship. EBK is a beautifully balanced double IPA, with a soft, pillowy malt body that is nearly opaque. Bright forward notes of Peach, Candied Muscadine Grapes, and Juicy Mango compete for your attention, and swirl together from start to finish to round out each sip. Bitterness is subtle, but firm enough to keep the entire experience in balance.

Can split at Craft Beer Junction, thanks to Dave 18/10/23. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap that retains well. Nose is mellow citric flesh, papaya, mango, pine resin. Taste comprises juicy tropical fruits, pine resin, melon, mango, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA.

Can shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy melon floral, grass, creamy wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy, orange, melon balls, jammy citrus orange breakfast

Can. Fucken hard to identify, doesn't say 'down to die' anywhere! Got better things to do with my time than research stuff that shouldn't have to be researched. Fuck off Adroit! Right! Rant over! On with the brew. Just a very light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth for a brief moment and then decent fine minerally carbonation kicks in. Light smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine, smooth and mildly sweet. A little piney citrus. Modest citric peel. Smooth finish. A nice light dipa that has a good deal of West Coast element and without sucking. Nice. But put the fucken name on the fucken beer!

Can shared in London - cheers to Dave. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy white topping. Medium sweet flavour, bright citrus fruits, low bitterness. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more sweet citrus fruit character. Very drinkable.

Can. Pours a hazy light yellow hue with a medium white head. A big pulp tropical nose. Sweet, vanilla, huge tropical hops, mango, hell this is a mixed drink. Very nice. Coconut?
