At the end of the brew week Judit, Michael and Adrià often sit on the back of the Mini Truck, drink a beer and reflect upon the week. “Another big week” became our catchphrase.
“Big Week” Its big limited edition IPA high abv with a soft pillowy, with sweet, tropical fruit a hint of spice.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation emerging late on. Light creamy sweet malts. Crisp cooling pine into a fair old candy fruits sweetness. A little citrus underneath, trace of peel. Very mild skunk and hop spice on the close. A tad candy on the hop front but goes down easy.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 21/12/24. Hazed orange topped with a white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is ripe tropicana, pineapple, grass, mango flesh, melon, papaya, orange pith. Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, pine resin, grass, hop spice, guava, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Solid IPA ... a good bitter bite pulsing throughout.

Draft @ DosKiwis.
Couleur pâle, col crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais dank - avec une belle note de résineux, agrumes marqués, herbacé.
Palais est houblonné 'dank', résineux, léger effet thé vert, le volet neipa ressort moins, ce qui n'es pas plus mal.
