Can. A hazy pale golden colored beer with a white head. Pine cones, resin and grapefruit aroma with a hint of bready malts. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, with a good bitterness. Quite high bitterness for a Salikatt beer. The flavor has a touch of pale malts in the back, with a herbal hint. Pine cones, grapefruit and a touch of citrus zest in the flavor. Long bitter finish. Except for the bitterness it's a quite dull one. 230924

Can at home. Hazy murky yellow color, white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, citrusy hops, dank. There is some bitterness but not really my kind of bitterness and not enough tbh.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Decent white head blanketing the glass and resting on top of a close-to-clear golden body. Herbal hops with a citric support on the nose. Quite sappy citrus flavours with orange to the fore, light malty sweetness beneath. Rounded hop fruity ending with a piney twist. Fine depth. Nice. (Tromsø, 09.05.2023).

Taste: Hoppy, some citrus (orange, tangerine), orange zest and some tropical fruit like grapefruit and hints of pineapple.Caramel and bread / grainy malty backbone. Hints of rubber. Moderate to over moderate hopbitterness. Moderate sweet. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry-ish hoppy finish. Ok.

Draft at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, malt, herbal, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

8-4-8-4-16 Can, #552, five weeks after canning. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops with oranges, grapefruit and stone fruits, as well as malts with bread and caramels. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is citrusy hops with grapefruit, orange peel, stone fruits and litchi, as well as malts with bread crust and caramels.
