Brewery tap: tasting glass. Grapefruit, lemon and grape sugar in the aroma. Thin. A faint sourness in the flavor. Grape sugar. The first signs of infection? Re-rate 28.04.10. Cellar run @ the brewery. Pale blonde, cloudy. Coreander and citrus in the aroma. Citrus and lots of coreander in the flavor. Almost herbal and just a bit out of balance.

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Hazy, golden yellow with a slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of orange peel, coriander, vanilla, banana and clove. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of orange peel, coriander, vanilla, banana and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice and simple, lovely in the sun.

Draught, 5.3% at the brewpub. Phenolic aroma. The flavour is better though, spicy and citrus. There is a hint of plastic in the finish, but not too bad. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head.
