This beer is a true testament to mankind's arrogance. We took an already perfect pairing, chocolate and peanuts, and challenged ourselves to improve upon it further by doing what we do best: aging it in bourbon oak barrels. This smooth and creamy treat will satisfy anybody's sweet tooth!

12 ounce bottle. Opaque dark brown color. Creamy tan ring. Roasted malt aroma hints at bourbon and chocolate. Flavor is sweet, chocolatey malt, vanilla, bourbon and oak. There is an underlying hint of peanut butter, but it is subtle. Smooth with some warming alcohol on the backend .

Draught @ BEERA bar Aroma has chocolate and licorice. Flavour has licorice, chocolate, some cocoa and harsh maltiness. A bit too much carbonation. Pleasant slow sipper.

12oz bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate rich peanutbutter some bourbon barrel vanilla notes. Taste is more of the nice chocolate peanutbutter rich roast malts and bourbon barrel.

12oz bottle from my brother. Ddark brown pour, opaque, thin cap of beige head. Sweet aroma, chocolate, malty, hint of peanut butter. taste is sweet and chocolaty, roasty, but peanut butter is still not enough to convince me this is a Reese's Cup. Not overly boozy either.

8cl free sample @ Biercab - merci.
