Decent apple flavor and aroma.
Very easy drinkable.
Did actually feel a bit thin
Very session able. Refreshing on a hot sunny day

YG 261223. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, apple core, citrus. Flavor is dry, apples, apple core, citrus, alcohol, yeast, herbs, flower. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl, from trade with Bryne. A clear, pale golden colored cider, still and headless. Apple juice, apple cores, alcohol and a touch of yeast in the aroma. Sort of herbal, earthy and flowery too. It's quite dry on the palate, kind of buttery, with a good acidity. Medium body, and some carbonation. Lightly warming. The flavor too is mostly apple juice and apple cores, with a flowery, foresty/woody touch. Some alcohol too. A bit rough this one, but far from bad. 231226

Stor takk til Seremonimesteren for denne 0,75 flaske fra produsenten, delt med Kitty, Jens, Jeanette og Egil: klar lys strågylden uten skum. Duft og smak av syrlige epler hvor saftigheten og dybden mangler. Noe beskhet i avslutningen.

750 ml clear bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 7.5%. Clear and pale golden colour, nearly still cider. Pleasant aroma of Norwegian apples (Aroma, Rubinstep, Katja and Discovery), a hint of sulphites.Dry and crisp flavour of said apples, some tannins in the finish.
