But our patience has been rewarded. We took our Code d’Or collaboration with Bravoure to the next level.
This beer is aged for 12 months on Heaven Hill and then another 14 months on Willet Bourbon. Enjoy.

Pours black, no head . Scent is bourbon, chocolatesauce , mild on the booze. Taste is very thick, no real carbonation, chocolate source, milder than expected bourbon, very low on alcohol heath. Very decent, but could use a bit more depth , complexity, and at least a touch of carbo

Draught No head over even black beer with a red sheen. Boozy nose, cognac, rum, Bourbon. Incense, blue cheese, fine brandy or Armagnac, liqueur-based, vanilla. Fiery alcoholheat, sticky, alcoholburn, but as good as no thinning. Excellent.

Clear black beer, no head. Aroma: good roast, a little woody, a bit oxidized, soy sauce, cocoa powder. MF: no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: ripe to overripe banana, sugary, lots of chocolate, pretty yeasty, esters, very alcoholic, a little bitter, sweet touch. Aftertaste: esters, disinfectant, lots of alcohol, a bit sharp, a bit underwhelming, sugary and sweet, some alcohol, creamy finish.

0,375l in Antwerp at 1280. Black color, small coffee colored head. Smells bourbon, vanilla, nutty, spices, fudgy. Lovely smell. Full body, light carbonation. Tastes bourbon, vanilla, nutty, oak, sirupy, tad boozy. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of bourbon, oak and nutty notes. Very nice one, tad boozy, rather barrel forward, very good
