Cloudy amber color, nice creamy head. Sweet aroma of malt, ripe apples. Good structure, good sweetness, malt, a bit oily, not very bitter, but pleasant, powerful. Quite easy final.

(Bottle 50 cl) Almost unheard of with a beer this strong from Germany - kinda rare, even considering it’s a Doppelbock. Calling it "Dunkler" might be a bit too much. I would rather define the colour as dark amber. Filtered - of course - with a slight beige head. Typical caramel flavor , lots of malt and of course, lots of alcohol. Almost too much, but definitely a potent winter warmer 111104

Butterscotch nose. Red coloring, low head. Caramel dominates the flavor as well and does not leave much room for anything else. Fat mouthfeel.
