Draught sample at Hoppy Beer Fest in Tel Aviv. Murky pink-orange. Yuzu, wheat, sweet, a bit like a candy-ish radler.

Sjøen 071123. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is yuzu, pineapple, sourness. Flavor is is yuzu, pineapple, sourness, lemon. Nice beer.

Gul tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter yuzu og noe ananas på boks. Lett. Fruktig og sur. Smaker yuzu og noe lys stenfrukt. Middels lang.

Pours unclear darker amberblonde. Small white , very soapy head collapses fast. Scent is intense yuzu , zest. Unbalanced. Taste is intense, yuzu acidity, very fruity, pineapple way in the back , blending itself in to become hard to destinguish. Base beer isn't completely lost, but it's struggeling. Simple lactic acidity, mild maltyness. Hops and yeast are completely silent. Might benefit from less yuzu....

Hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of intense yuzu, lime, pineapple. Taste of sour pineapple, yuzu, lime, very refreshing.
