Bottle looks simple. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, modest yeasty, not too dry. Light hoppy background, modest sourish. Finish again milder, dominated by malty notes. Okay.

Yellow color. Aroma is sourly with citrus and clove notes. Taste has although citrus and clove aromas.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home on the terrace.Hazy - murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, banana, yeast, wheat, tart citrus notes. Bottled (from Landbierparadies.com). Hazy orangeish golden colour with mediumsized mediumsized white head. Aroma is bananas, spices, floral and mildly yeasty notes. Flavour is wheat, yeast, spices, some slight sweet maltyness and fudge. Quite bodied and gets nicer in flavour as it warms up a bit.

Wässrig-bananiger Antrunk mit lascher Herbe. Laff, das Bier änder sich nicht mehr. Lieblos hefig, immerhin erfrischend. Entäuschend! 10/7/8/7//7

[3/1/11] Bottle at De Wildeman in Amsterdam. 4.6%. Cloudy dark orange color with a quickly-diminishing white head. Aroma of lots of banana, more esters and some butter. Sweetish flavor of wheat, fruits and a slightly drier finish. Medium-bodied. A decent refreshing Weissbier.

Bottle, 4.6% as Pfister Öko-Weissbier. Sourish, farty vegetable, plastic aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is phenolic with some banana. Dry finish. I hope it is an infection.

Cloudy light beige. The aroma is quite appley. Very spritzy with apple, yeast notes. Quite dry for the style and heavily carbonated.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy dark yellow, small head. Papery banana aroma. Medium sweet, quite fruity with rounded, fizzy mouthfeel. Mild, but refreshing.

Draft. An unclear dark yellow beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of banana and wheat. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
