Hell orange, trübe Farbe. Schön cremiger Schaum. Gekochte, frische und vergorene Früchte (in der Reihenfolge). Insbesondere aromatischer roter Apfel und ein Hauch Aprikose sind zu finden. Winzige Spuren von roten und dunklen Beeren fallen nach ein paar Schlucken auf. Helles Malz und ein paar Kräuter ergänzen. Recht spritzig, schon etwas zu scharf. Das Bier braucht ein paar Schlucke, kommt dann aber gut. Könnte trotzdem ruhig etwas voller und geschmacksintensiver sein. Rohstoffe aus biologischem Anbau - das ist sehr lobenswert.

Herrliche Fruchtnase, schöner Sahneschaum. Im Trunk schön blumig, spritzig, dezent Nelke, würzig, sehr lecker.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Hazy yellow colour, creamy white foam. Citrussy, lots of banana. Taste is medium sweet. Easy drinkable. Good.

Light orange color, cloudy. Pear and glue in the aroma. Thin. Pear, banana, clove in the flavor. Thirst quencher with a very modest herbalness.

Many thanks for this Oko-Weissbier to kevnic2008. Piekny wyglad spora trwala i puszysta piana. Szklanica Erdingera wypelniona super tym aromatycznym bananowym piwem. Mnostwo osadu, metnistosc i zapach swierzych nie wpelni dojrzalych bananow. W smaku twarde jeszcze o zielonej skorce babnany, do tego sporo soczystego miazszu melona. Kapitalny pszeniczniak. Kolejny raz mi sie potwierdza mysl ze do piw ekologicznych uzywa sie najwyzszej jakosci skladnikow. Do tego przy kosztowaniu piwa blizej dna a wiec przy lyku z wieksza iloscia osadu wyczuwalna przyjemna nuta kwaskowa. Doskonale pijalne i uzupelniajace niedzielnego schabowego przy objedzie.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty banana aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy clove and banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

On tap at Pfister brewery. Cloudy orange gold colour lasting white head. Banana and almost a urine aroma. Never had a weisse smell or taste like this. Banana in the mouth some tropical fruit some herb or spice I can’t quite finger. It’s OK. Not my favourite not terrible it’s interesting. A little lemon sweetness. Just don’t know what to make of it.

It’s a German weissbier, but usually these beers have more body, this one is a bit watery.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, leicht würzig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, leicht bananig, etwas würzig.
