Thanks to Erlangernick. Brown gold colour with slight haze and thin beige head. Yep that’s good. Good mlat and then good biting hop finish. Some toast, bit fizzy. Very drinkable, I could see me drinking this all day. Just balanced and drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub’s Keller. Hazy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour has a distinct bitterness, good chalky note. Fine hint of aromatic hops. Very clean.

@ Keller. Ceramic mug. Hazy tan. Light hop nose with some yeasty rusticity. Hoppy, minerally taste is rich and palate-coating. Still a little farmy but I like it.

Draught at Herrmann-Keller, Ampferbach. Probably golden, minimal head. Grassy and dry, yet fruity. Fairly light bodied. A tad salty but otherwise mild and drinkable, only lightly hopped. Well balanced and pleasing.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Cloudy (light clumpy) amber, big golden head. Light herbal and honeyish nose. Somewhat papery base, plenty of honey and straw. Fairly light. Restrained hop profile. Mellow, well-carbonated. A bit dusty retronasal.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a huge off-white foamy head. Sweet, slightly toasted malty aroma, yeasty and subtle fruity (citrus) with caramel and spicy herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, lightl to medium bodied with a crispy carbonated. Moderately toasty cara-malty and slightly yeasty taste; medium-dry, sweet-bitter finish. Pleasant to drink, but I like the style a bit more hops orientated.

On tap at the Herrmann’s Keller, Ampferbach: Small foamy layer; robust citrousy, hoppy nose, backed by some sweet-malt; solid bitter, slightly sweetish flavour, light to medium-bodied; a bit lingering bitter-sweet finish. A very decent Kellerbier...........
