On tap at brewery. Deep honey gold pour with a creamy beige cap. Smoke and toasted malt aroma. Flavor is dry, toasty and smoky with a soft malty palate. Amazingly smooth and drinkable. Mild peppery finish.

A golden amber lager with a thin creamy lacing light mocha head. In aroma, crisp sweet biscuit malt with loads of peated character, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with loads of peated smoked malt, light grassy hops, treacle, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Smoky bacon. Maybe a slight hint of maple. It’s phenomenal.

Can from Chris M: pours copper with white head. Aroma is meaty wood smoke. Taste is lightly bitter, malty, super smoky, meaty. Good rauch.

Can at the DC post-Thanksgiving 2021 gathering. Poured a mostly clear brown color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was pleasant smoke, with a touch of jerky. Flavor was light sweetness, light malt with a pleasant smoke.

16oz can pours a dark gold with some clumpy white head. Nose has malt and smoke and corn, yeast too. Flavor has some metal, malt, yeast, corn, earthy smoke. Clean finish.
