Double IPA brewed with a mix of wheat, oats and rye. Hopped in the kettle with citra. Then dry hopped with a combo of Sabro and Mosaic. We’re tasting fresh coconut, key lime, and not too sweet berry punch.

1 pint can. Head is big, white, almost good retention. Colour is pale gold, milky hazy. Aroma is grapefruits peels, citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is full malty base, lime, coconuts, berries, citrus, tropical fruits, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed for sure.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, thin, silky white head. Aroma is equal parts tropical and stone fruit, with some citrusy zest. Citrus peel takes over in the taste, zesty, sharp. Some dank notes creep in as well, with the ABV revealing itself at the finish. Creamy.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 17/09/2025.
Rake #45K.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting white cap.
Nose is grassy, bitter orange, Sabro nostril flicker, guava, lime zest.
Taste comprises guava, mandarin, coconut shavings, lime leaf, papaya, lychee.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy Sabro driven hop bitterness.
Tidy enough DIPA if a little overly sweet and raw in places.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light bodied pale malts, a slightly thin but, enjoyable pale malts, a good creamy sweetness. Big punchy Sabro, bloody hell, big coconut cream and mildly ripe pineapple. Soft cooling pine and a little hop spice. Smooth finish. Bloody marvellous, Sabro is a magnificent hop but, recently HBC1019 had taken some of those aspects, added it's own and, quite rightly, said 'look at me'. But here, Sabro dominates and does so wonderfully. Can't think of a better Sabro beer in the last few years. Super!

Pours hazy, warm blonde. Medium sized, white and stable head. Scent is soapy, tropical (PF, pineapple) and citrus, stonefruits in the back. Taste is very vibrant and intense, creamy at first but has almost a tart-ish backbone (not a sour beer). Pungent hoparoma, very loudly and outspoken, tropical, dank, mild stonefruit backbone. Pretty aggressivly hopped, but in a way it does work. Surely over the top to be concidered balanced.

473ml. Hazy yellow colour, small steady white head and lace. Strong dill Sabro nose, some tropical fruits. Medium-bodied. Maltyness, tropical fruits, Sabro dill. Has a bit tart vibe behind the fruityness.

Aromas are citrus, sweat, cat pee, onion, with hints of coconut, resin and MJ. Flavors are similar to nose, citrusy sweet up front with more bitter in the finish. Body is a little chewy. Nice beer.

Can pour from One Stop Market. A cloudy orange with good sparkle, finger-plus off-white head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong coconut, pineapple and citrus. Taste is strong coconut, pineapple rind, background citrus and bread. Medium bodied, thick, frothy texture, average carbonation, dry finish as taste. As my wife said, That's yummy!
