Into the Kaleidoscope is dry hopped with insane amounts of Citra and Amarillo and opens with aromas of pears, peaches, jolly ranchers, and mixed citrus notes that are highlighted with an undercurrent of dank hoppiness. The beer bursts with flavors of passion fruit, followed by citrus and light stone fruit. The fruit flavors are rounded out by notes of white peppercorns and gentle hop bitterness. A full sip of Into the Kaleidoscope is reminiscent of biting into a juicy peach or fleshy mango.

16 oz. can. Dated April 2022. Aroma has lychee fruit, bolder tangerine and soft florals. Neuroma translates directly into the flavor. Soft malt backbone with a ridiculously juicy amount of hops. An absolute delight to drink.

Undated can drunk 4/16/22. Turbid, paler-golden, large, white head shows moderate retention. Nose is juicy, mega-citrus-forward, fresh squeezed orange juice with a touch of spicy amarillo and very fruit-forward, though not obnoxiously bubble gummy, yeast. Malts show touches of honey, but are mostly cracker and white bread-like. No alcohol, flaw or twang. In the mouth it's prototypical NEIPA. Juicy, soft, dry, tasting like a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, with tons of fruity yeast and enough bitterness to balance without adding any excess acidity to fatigue the palate. This just kept getting juicier and softer as it warmed and breathed. By the end of the glass, I was in love. This is precisely why I fell in love with NEIPAs. While I appreciate all the innovation that continues on the style, this still feels like what I most desire. The first beer I had of theirs was not memorable, but it's possible it was a bad line (Canary Square's draught lines seem notoriously unclean lately). Certainly interested in trying more of their stuff now.

Pours hazy lemon meringue into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spidery sheets. Earthy lemon, melon, guava and lychee aromas. Soft with melon and mango upfront turning to white honey and lychee in the medium length finish.

First brew from these folks. Appealing can art. Lighter colored than expected a pale yellow and frothy head. Nose is fruit bouquet. Pears, peach, honeydew, white pepper, grass, honeycomb, cheerios. Quite tasty.
