16 ounce can. Dark copper color topped by a frothy tan head. Subtle toasted malt aroma hints at toffee. Earthy, toasted malt flavor upfront. Soft, toasted bread in middle .Added notes of toasted nuts, earthy minerals and cocoa. Mildly complex, with an old world feel. Outstanding.

A red copper lager with a thick mocha head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light roasted character, light mineral notes, Saaz hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with roasted character, light Saaz characters, pleasant and smooth. Milktube at brewery.

16oz can pours a clear, caramel brown with some wispy, white head. Nose is so nice, grainy, some caramel, lightly earthy, a little leafy hop. Flavors of bread and caramel, malt, root veg, some light hop, some black tea. Dry, earthy finish. Light tannins. Really well executed.

Can courtesy of wombat23. Now labeled at 4.2%. Light brown with a frothy, off-white head that lingers the duration. Fairly modest aroma has hints of chocolate, roasted grains and metals. Taste is metallic bitter with a big dose of aluminum at the finish. Medium-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation, slightly watery texture. Drinkable. Feels like it should have lots of minerals.
