Our all-season DDH Pale provides a balance between a juicy, full-bodied IPA and easy drinking Pale has been double dry hopped, using twice the amount of hops as our standard Pale. It delivers big citrus fruit flavours and a smooth body, with a juicy tang and a peppery character on the finish.
Aroma & Flavour: Zesty citrus fruit in both flavour and aroma, backed up by resinous hop notes.
Body: Medium bodied and velvety with soft carbonation.
Aftertaste: Lingering juicy fruit flavours.
Dry hop intensity: 16g/L

8-4-7-4-15 Can, 1,5 months after canning. Pours cloudy yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is crisp, tropical hops with grapefruit and passion fruits, as well as citrusy notes of lime, marmalade and orange peel, apricots, Creamy body, with average carbonation. Flavour is dank hops, with grapefruit, lime and citrus peel, as well as kiwis, litchi apricots and musty fruit peel.

Can. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, milky yeasts, biscuity malts. Taste is tropical fruits, orange juice, light sweat, biscuity malts, a little bit of hopburn. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Just a very good Hazy Pale Ale!

Aroma is stinky hops very fruity and somehow overdone some apricot. Taste is sweet fruity without hopbrun. Very drinkable. Nice orange.

Big bubbly-creamy longlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry and fresh grassy, lawn, leafs, fresh hops, moss, flowers, light malts, pine needles, hay, sap, oatmeal, citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry grassy, leafs, grass, moss, hops, light malts, pine needles, bark, hay, flowers, oatmeal, citrus peel, fruit stones, paper, hints of dried fruits. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry grassy mouthfeel. Nice one.

(Keg at Pien, 20190103) The beer poured pale orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grapefruit and citricness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, grapefruit, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A pleasant hoppy brew with good finishing bitterness.

Can shared at home thanks to Maakun. Hazy golden with bubbly white head. Sweet malts, smooth oats, peachy and ripe mango, pineapple. Light grassy, oniony, resiny, bit custardy.
