Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 07/03/24. Light cherry red to amber with a thin faded crimson cap. Nose is hay bale, straw, grains, light cherry skins, damp wood. Taste comprises cherry skins, light funk, hedgerow, damp oak, tarte berry fruits, subtle acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss. Solid well nuanced tarte saison .. packs a lot of flavour for just 3.5%.

17/2/2024. Can from Eel & Bear, Hastings. Pours clear pale pinkish red with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is funky, woody, cherries, berries, hedgerow, with hubba bubba hints. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and sours, touch salty. Moderate body, average carbonation. Fruity drying finish. Very nice aroma and a super refresher.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Burning Sky online. Pours clear red-pink with a small, foamy and mostly white head. Lightly sweet with nice tart cherries, balanced acidity, some lemony bite. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more cherry tartness, citric bite, mild acetic notes. Refreshing, nice character.

Can. Burning Sky online. Deep dusky pink. Lovely soppy pale pink froth. Cherries all the way here. Fresh cherry. Cherry stone. Cherry Lips sweets. A little funk in the background. Taste is lightly tart, juicy fruity bitter. Lovely mouthfeel. Sharp but with rolling carbonation. Dries out and puckers up at the finish. Nice.

Can at The Made Inn at CoachWorks Ashford as Petite Cerise. Dark pink colour hazy lasting white head. Some funk on aroma. Really good in mouth. Some sour cherry. Light cherry aroma. The cherry flavour is stunning. Some sweetness. Some dryness on finish. A light saison rested on real cherries what could go wrong. It's delicious. So good.
