High Hills is a collaboration brewed with our pals @rivingtonbrewco to celebrate our High Hills festival, which involves a 10k race, a Hike To Pike and plenty of great beer and food at Rivington's beautiful taproom!
The beer itself pours a milky yellow and is hopped far beyond what we'd usually use in a Pale Ale, giving it a DDH treatment of Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron. Hopheads rejoice!

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 22/07/2023 Medium sweet fruity and malty with some bright nectaron bringing sweet shop pineapple cubes, pear drops, some citrus lemon and orange, touch of nelson white grape, pale malts, balanced bitter finish. Very nice.

Rocky white head on a hazy pale lemon coloured body. Mango & melon aroma. Medium bodied, soft & fluffy over the tongue with a sharp back end. Melon, pith, lemon, peach & citrussy tastes with fruity peppery finish. Very nice.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of flower stems, straw and fresh apricot. Flavour of lemon and orange cream. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A hoppy, creamy beer. Delicious.

440ml can. Hazy golden, big white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, peaches, grapes. Taste is fruity, tropical, mango, guava, grape, peaches, grapefruit, a little dankness at the end, light bitterness. Great pale.

Can split at Lords, day 2 of ENG vs IRE test, picked up from HOTM online 02/06/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with a decent lasting white head. Nose is orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, grass, mixed tropical fruits. Taste comprises orange zest, light coconut shavings, grass, pine nip, melon, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Tidy pale.

Can shared at Lords cricket match Ireland test day 2. A light hazed. Golden orange coloured pour with a fine lasting white head. Aroma is semi sweet, light floury wheat. Floral citrus, light dank, papaya. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded wheat, butter citrus, mango, orange rind, grassy bitterness. Solid. Palate is semi sweet, airy carbonation. Good.
