Opaque black, not much head. Cold coffee, molasses in the nose. Licorice, toffee, a bit of chocolate. Tickling carbonation in the finish. Some alcohol burn in the aftertaste. Slightly unclean, maybe maize used? Suprisingly good and tasty, imho underrated FES in RB.

Bottled. Opaque black, beige head. Obvious rum aroma. Sweetish with near full body and thick mouthfeel. There are notes of coffee, chocolate and fruit, but rum completely dominates. No bitterness.

Bottle Pours deep inky black with a very large thick tan head. Aroma is a delicious ensamble very sweet molassas, bourbon, vanilla and a noticeable ABV slant. Flavors are a wierd alcohol and dark roast combo. Sweet licorice and fumy in a way. An odd very light feel. Feels like it’s gravity is about 0.6. Thin but very smooth, slippery even. Nice sweet dark roast trailer. Easy on the hops and very little bitterness. Very interesting and tasty.

Deep black stout with reddish cherry hues, and a thick collapsing moka head. Aroma of vanilla and Nestle Quick. Sweet chocolate with notes of raisins, licorice and some alcohol in finish and light bitterness. Body is thin and short. Not as intense as Dragon but still a good export stout. Thanks Presario.

Kimchee and I did this one side-by-side with Dragon Stout and here's what we found: The colour is very dark brown (exactly the same). The aroma is fruity (raisin, prune) with stinging alcohol (basically the same). Flavourwise it is sweet, with lightish flavours of plums and sugary malts. Body is light. It is similar to, but less meaty than Dragon Stout. It has less malt complexity and deep, dark fruit esters. Alcohol seems reduced as well. There are too many similarities for these to be from different breweries, but this seems like a significantly lower-gravity version of the Dragon Stout.
