Frothy, dull pale gold @The Grand Delancy. Dusty, raw wheat, steel, mellow pepper. Minerally, chalky, starchy, some acidity, black pepper, chewy crust, itchy bitterness. Meh to okay. First dud I've had from them.

Canned 4/22/22, drunk 5/23/22. Clear copper-brass-golden. Small, white head shows low-to-moderate retention. Grassy, herbal, peppery nose is big on the noble hops with mineral, sourdough, toast and clean yeast. Fairly acidic, peppery, strongly herbal, noble hops are crisp and easily balance the soft, well-attenuated malts. Definitely a bit on the acidic side.

Pours clear yellow into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet hay and caramel aromas. Crisp with lemon and sourdough upfront turning to pith and peel in the earthy finish.
