Rich, luscious, fudge, nutty and outright delicious. This imperial stout has a great blend of sweet and salty with a touch of class from bitter cacao. It’s a party!

440ml can. Pitch black with a thin brown head. Aroma of maple, coconut, chocolate. Taste is sweet, lots of maple, coconut, chocolate, vanilla, salted caramel, very sweet almost sickly fudge like finish. Medium bodied, smooth and creamy. Lacking a bit of body at this strength but a fantastic pastry stout.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the Experiment. Pours black-brown with a foamy, beige head. Big and sweet, lots of gooey chocolate, creamy vanilla, a little toasted coconut, subtle maple, fudge. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, sticky, pretty sweet, more gooey chocolate, raisins, coconut, vanilla. Really damn solid pastry.
