Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours crazy murky with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, floury bread, some green weedy vibes, tropical fruit vibes, papaya, persimmon, tangerine and apricot. The taste is firmly dry, good hit of bitterness, rawness, green, weedy, resinous, thick, toothy, floury bread, some spice, tropical fruit vibes, papaya, mango, persimmon and apricot with a drying green finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Punchy and flavourful. As usual Pilot manages make something that stands out front he crowd.
