Draught, taster. @Mash 22, Barcelona (Spain). 28/10/2022 [#5.564 Global - #854 United States of America - #2 Vitamin Sea Brewing] Pours dark golden with a white head. Medium retention. Aroma: caramel malts, pine and some citrus. Taste: caramel malts, mild honey and pine. Harsh bitter finish. Next one please!

Pours a slightly hazy, copper-amber, with mid-sized, lasting head. Aroma is hops, pine, some citrus. Flavor follows. Moderately bitter finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean.

On tap at Shelter. Clear dark gold, sudsy white head. Big nose, old school, honey and malt then huge C hops, pine, soap, grapefruit. Classic. Flavor is the same, big honey and treacle undertone. Full bodied and bitter finish. 8 4 8 4 14

Brewery draught, 9/20/22. Clear amber. Small, white head, low retention. Spicy, sprucey nose with hints of honey and caramel. Clean and easygoing with no resin or booze or overabundance of specialty malt. Perfumey spice, cherry and caramel and finally bread and pine. I can definitely tell this was a thoughtfully made interpretation of a WCIPA but I still don't care for caramel, pine, perfume or breadiness in my IPAs. Clean and well-done though.
