Sample at the Roost. Murky gold with a ring of white head.  Nose has tropicals, some wheat, some citrus.  Flavor as light vanilla and the rest.  It's a bit pedestrian.  6 3 6 3 12

8 oz draft. Flavor has orange, tangerine, herb and a mild herbal bitterness. Soft malt / bread malt backbone. Well balanced between sweet and bitterness.

13th August 2022
Can. Cloudy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, reasonable fine carbonation coming through on the back end. Smooth creamy malts, fairly sweet but not overly so. Crisp pine hop intro, hop spice starts to nibble immediately. A reasonably bright citrus but somewhat hampered by the sweet malts and yeast. A little tropical fruits and some Motueka lime. Light finish. Plenty of hops here but I found the overall delivery far from clean and a little heavy handed.

Can at the DC post-Thanksgiving 2021 gathering. Poured a super hazy, almost a muddy yellow-orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was big juicy notes. Mango, tropical fruit. Fruity. Creamy notes with big hop juice.

16oz can. Maybe a pinch earthy, touch of butter, but still a really nice beer. Earthy, woodsy. Sweet. OK.

Pours murky mango into an English pint. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Hot mango and overripe tropical fruit aromas. Soft with overripe mango and hot caramel upfront turning to mild peel and pith in the medium length finish.
