Seemingly ubiquitous in UK bars these days, clear and golden with a big bubbly white head and a slightly sweet grassy aroma. Cold, wet and refreshing! Nice grainy malt, grassy bitterness and a bit of zing. A decent lager to drink on a hot sunny day

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pale gold in colour, with plenty of fizz and a slight, white, head. A luggable lager, with a touch of grassy hop, ripe cereal malts and a lingering, bitter, finish. ok on a warm summer's day.

Bottle from Asda. Generic industrial lagery whiff on opening. It looks the part though - vivid gold with a large white head and an attractive sparkle. Mouthfeel is a little fuller and less aggressively fizzy than many of its competitors, but that's not saying much. There's some malt in the flavour, although mainly it tastes of sweetcorn, honey, and a little floral hop. Sweetish, but with a light to moderate herbal bitterness at the end. It's not great, but it's still better than most industrial lagers. Actually reasonably drinkable.

66cl bottle from Coop Locale, Beaumont, Jersey. Looks like I enjoyed this more thN the other reviewers - it was a lovely sunny day. The appearance is golden with a snow white head. The nose and taste both give bitter salad and dry biscuit notes. Decent malty body with some malt and hop bitterness on the finish. Good example of the style.
