330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with cola like fizz. Aromas of bourbon, graham cracker, brown sugar, raisins and caramel malts. Flavors of caramel, bourbon, raisins, sweet figs, brown sugar and toasted malts. Bourbon takes the leadbut doesn't overpower. Excellent

Bottle shared at MBCC ‘23. Poured a mostly clear medium brown colour with little life. The aroma is rich boozy alcohol, toffee caramel. The flavour is strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, caramel, toffee, big fudge, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bottle, many thanks mcberko! Brown, dark amber color with beige head. Aroma is big raisins, vanilla, port, figs, burnt sugar. Taste is raisins, caramel, pretty sweet, burnt sugar again, and nectary, nice balance despite the sweetness. Lovely!

Medium brown colour, not much head. Raisin-date aroma, with some minerally dark chocolate accents. On the palate, it's slick and low carbonation, lots of dates, rounded bourbon, dried peaches, definitely a boozy accent in the finish. Lots of sugars. Straddles the line between refined and rough, which is basically the James Bond line. So not bad at all.

330mL bottle at The Magnet, pours pours a beautifully reddish brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma is complex, with lots of bourbon barrels, caramel, dark dried fruits, burnt sugars, and alcohol. Flavour is complex, with lots of bourbon barrels, molasses and burnt sugars. Fruity, barrel-dominant and cohesive. One of Tristan's best. Excellent.
