Lemon, orange, horseblanket, vinegar, malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown with small head. Mild sweet citrus, moderately sour vinegar/citric acid/Brett, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body; great balance. Excellent.

8/1/2020 - AmLam Share at Jimmy's. Vertical from 2014 - 2017. Bright gooseberry and lemon aromas with wood, funk and horseblanket all present. Nice carbonation, mineral note on the palate with some lingering wood. Very nice depth. Rankings: 1) 2015 2) 2017 3) 2015 4) 2016.

Bottle at TZT. Hazy golden, sour grain, grassy, goaty, sweaty, buttery. Moderate sweet and bitter, very mild sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. A very faro-esque gueuze.

8 3 8 3 16Bottle shared at KJUBZT November ‘18. Fairly hazy golden with no head. Aroma of citrus, dusty funk, cellar, light apricot notes, a touch spicy and hay. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at kermis’ birthday. Bit hazy golden with fizzy short lasting white head. Light funk, flowers, soft wheat, dank herbs, light white pepper, soft perfume, green dry herbs, soft white cheese, dry malts, soft wheat. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. Decent take on a geuze but not there yet.

Bomber from the brewery, 9/14/18. Hazy orange, thin fizzy head, fair retention. Aroma of apricot, funk, hay. Taste is tart citrus, stone fruit, funk, lemon meringue. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Nice.
