Do we have a treat for you...embrace the West Coast! We've been working on our West Coast beers, and we really wanted to layer our dear friend Citra into every part of the process. We built the base of the beer on Pilsner malt and Cara Gold which bring drinkability and a touch of golden colour. We used Citra in the boil, whirlpool and dry hop. You'll find deep, heady mango, tropical yet piney resinous notes and a smooth bitterness before a crisp and moreish finish. Wonderful.

440ml can form HOTM. Gluten Free. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, dank hops. Taste is sweetish, malt, grain, fruity, melon, citrusy, pine, with spicy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Pint on tap at American Taproom, Singapore. Clear golden beer with a foamy white head. Light carbonation. Nose is fruit with background malt. Patchy lacing. A bit flat but easy drinking. Fruity, weedy, some cashew in the finish. Average APA, a bit hollow for me.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice piney hop, weed biscuity malts, light weed, woody pine Flavour is compsoed of semi sweet, nutty biscuit, piney hop, bark, weed, light grass. Enjoying. Palate is crisp, rounded, highish carbonation.

440ml can. Clear golden, white head, lot of sediment came out the can. Aroma of sweet citrus fruits, grapefruit, orange, pine. Taste is citrusy, orange and grapefruit, piney, finish is resinous, strong bitterness.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 21/12/21. Clear golden with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is orange zest, perfume, pale malts, grass, melon. Taste comprises tangerine, lychee, grass, toasted malts, light pine nip, twist of grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent clean, crisp and easy drinking pale.
