Bottle at GBBF 2022. Black beer lasting tan head. oily soy sauce marmite aroma. lighter than the cognac one. slightly more fruity. really quite good. liked it

375ml bottle. Pitch black with a tan head. Aroma of sweet red wine, liquorice, molasses. Taste of sweet red wine, liquorice, dark malts, plum, raisin, molasses, warming alcohol but doesn't feel boozy. Smooth. Excellent.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, wood, caramel, light fruit, taste is sweet toffee, chewy, chocolate, some berries, quite woody.
