One of our favourite styles at Rivington Brewing Co is a low ABV hop forward Pale Ale. We used Fall Out The Sky as the base to try new hop varieties and combinations. This version is hopped with Wakatu, Green Bullet, Loral & Azacca Cryo.

Tap at the two trees watford. A milky yellow straw coloured pour with a a small white head. Aroma is nice floral citrus, melon, pollen, floury wheat.. Palate is chalky, fizzy carbonation, light grass. Flavour is composed of dry floury wheat, fizzy, melon balls, floral notes. Not a huge fan.

500ml can. Almost opaque pale yellow, white head. Aroma of tropical and citrus fruits, lime, melon, grapefruit. Taste is fruity, citrusy, lemon and lime, melon, slightly floral, pithy grapefruit, light bitter finish. Medium bodied and just like V1 packing a ton of flavour relative to its low ABV.

Vibrant bright citrus and tropical fruity, notes of melon, lemon and grapefruit, citrus peel, light airy pale malts, tasty and refreshing light bitter hoppy finish.
