The second pale in our Fruitbowl yeast series is Waveform. Sticking with our standard malt base we have whirlpooled with HBC472 and Citra followed by a dry hop schedule of Citra, Strata, Idaho and a touch of HBC630 giving punchy flavours of citrus fruits of pineapple, passionfruit and other tropical notes.

Can sourced from Fuss Club, drunk at home in Streatham, London (04/11/2022) - Loads of rich tropical exotic fruit in play, with passion fruit and lychee, mango and pineapple, juicy fruity, sweet malty backing, solid bitter edged hoppy finish. Very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 11/06/22. Hazed orange golden with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is bitter orange, pine nip, grass, ripe melon, tangerine, stoned fruit essence. Taste comprises grapefruit, orange pith, light dank chimes, ripe melon, pine resin, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Solid pale.

Can at the glamping site in devon. Picked up from Cuckoo tap room Exeter. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice soft wheat, nice new age hop combo, green citrus, melon white grape, pithy green citrus. Flavour is composed of light airy wheat, pithy citrus, lime, white grape, melon, nice hop combo, pithy finish. Palate is soft and airy carbonation, crisp finish. Nice. Very Crushable.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of mango, passionfruit, peach. Taste is a little sweet, juicy tropical fruits, mango, peaches, passionfruit, a little pithy grapefruit. Medium body. Great NE Pale.
