Draw the Curtains is a pale ale designed collectively by our brewing team and utilising mid fermentation dry hopping. A modest late fermentation dry hop of Citra, Idaho 7 and Strata was used to try and tease out some sweet, gummy, juicy fruit character. The beer was finished off with a post fermentation dry hop of the same varieties to layer on bright aromas of orange, lemon and pineapple.

Can picked up at Væskebalancen - Valby and drunk at home - hazy yellow with a white head. Punchy fruity aroma and taste with loads of pineapple, pink grapefruit, succulent juicy satsuma segments, lemon wash, midget gems, soft sweet supportive pale malts, medium body, light bitter edged hoppy close. Lovely and seriously chuggable.
