Tennent’s is more than just a great lager– it is a national treasure. As a product, it has always been known for being a great pint - dating back to its long history from 135 years ago when Hugh Tennent brought the recipe back from Bavaria.

0.568 l can. I try to avoid pale lagers as much as I can, but this one was a gift from Scotland, so I did what I had to.

on tap at a local irish pub style retaurant. Pale straw pour, crappy grainy, cooked vegetal diacetyl aroma. NOt much in flavour except some grain, meh, limp, and tasteless beer. Well atleast my lamb stew was good.

Eh, tastes very much like Scotland would be if you could bottle it.

On tap at a pub in Mallaig 27/4/2024. Golden in colour, with a tight, off-white, head. A sweet lager, with ripe malts, a hint of bittering hop and gentle finish. Ok.
