Wotever Next? A strong, dark and bitter beer. The distinctive dry finish derives from chocolate malt, Pilgrim and Cascade hops. A long fermentation leaves little sweetness behind.

500 ml brown bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Bottle conditioned, ABV is 5.0%. According to the label, the beer is now available only in bottles. The beer gushes out of the bottle when opening. Hazy reddish brown colour, huge, creamy and long lasting off-white head. Vinous aroma with notes of moderate malts, barnyard and balsamic vinegar. Flavour is distinctly hoppy throughout, but there is also a moderately sweet maltiness with hints of caramel. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Bitter aftertaste. I get a "homebrew" feeling with this one. I like it!

An amber beer with a lazing light brown head. The aroma is weird with notes of acidity and elderberries. The flavor is acidic malty with notes of caramel, leading to an end with notes of citrus, but where the acidity still lingers around. Not that nice.

Bottle picked up at a farm shop near Evesham, Good brown colour nice and clear, quite malty and very nice clean taste an extremely enjoyable beer after having the slightly unexciting Teme ’This’ beforehand. Very, very good.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, dark amber with a creamy, off-white head. Light tartness in the nose. Medium body, weak nutty notes and a marked, bitter finish. The least sour of the three Teme Valley beers I’ve had, but still rather hopeless. "Wotever next?" the label asks - well, for sure it’s not gonna be another Teme Valley beer. 231205

Bottled. Hazy nut brown, rich head. Aroma of melon, bubblegum and vinegar. Sweet and dusty with clean, intensely hoppy, rounded mouthfeel, notes of grapefruit, and a strong, very bitter, ashy finish.
