It's been quite some time since our last West Coast so we couldn't be more excited to release one of our favourite styles with one of our favourite breweries. It's a classic take with a fruity twist. This dank beast is packed to the rafters with a whole host of beautiful hops. Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Citra and Amarillo. Expect Pine, burnt sugar, Citrus peels, Orange Blossom with a tropical top note. As always brewed with top quality choice barleys and sprinkling of wheat and oats. An all-round modern incarnation of this classic style.

Can picked up from (I forget where?) had this at home Saturday 1st January 2022, listening to The Liminanas - Shadow People cooking Celeriac and Tahini Gratin with Fillet Steak and a Green Peppercorn Sauce. Pours hazy yellowy orange with a white head, fruity but with a drying finish, mid bitterness. The 4c hops are clearly assertive but for me, this needs a better maltiness to let these hops shine, fuzzy citrussy, yeah quite good but not completely doing it for me.

Can at home, 7th November 2021. Pours clear and straw in colour. Aroma is dank, floral and citrus, with pine. Taste is dank, slick, pine and aromatic, lots going on and the hop profile is lovely, oily in the mouth, bittersweet perfume and citrus, very dank and well made. Delicious Westie

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold with a modest, frothy white head. Light to medium sweet with nice pithy citrus character, dry piney bitterness, very subtle minerality. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Some clean piney bitterness in the finish, notes of grapefruit, lemon rind, crisp pale malts. Really good all around.
