Can, at Sørlandet Matfestival. It's an unclear yellow colored beer with a dense, white head leaving curtains. Faintly spiced aroma with mostly grapefruit and pine cones. Some grape and grass hints. A touch of pale malts. It's smooth on the palate, softly carbonated and quite dry. Medium to full body. Grapefruit, green grapes, some pale malts and a touch of pine cones in the flavor. Medium length finish. Refreshing indeed. 240711

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 23. Thanks Simon for this (I think). Hazy straw gold appearance, fluffy white head. Milky tropical zesty action.. light bodied but flavourful, grapefruit and lemon both getting a look in. Good stuff.

Monday 27th November 2023, Monthly gathering in Chez Sophie. 440ml can, cheers Simon. Opaque lemon body, white cloud on top. Too citrussy for my palate, this one took some finishing; great if you like semi-sour beers though.

Rocky white head on hazy pale lemon coloured body. Zesty citrus, musty & pine aroma. Medium bodied, sharp, well carbonated & clean. Eucalyptus, pine, lime, nectarine & tangy hop tastes. Something different - like it.

440ml can. Murky pale yellow, white head. Aroma of lemon and lime, stone fruits. Taste is obviously very citrusy, lemon and lime zest come through well, stone fruits and tropical fruits, light rindy bitterness. Really good, reminds me very much of Deya's Break Me... which I feel has far more suitable hops than Beak's effort, but this is equally as good really.
