Initial light fragrance. Smooth on the palate with good mouth-feel allowing malt flavour to predominate. Slightly sweet finish combined with distinctive light hop bitterness.

Cask, GBBF. Light colored, like a pilsener. Rough head. Big hoparoma with vanilla. Well balanced hoppy flavor with vanilla and some apple fruitiness. Light bodied.

Gravity poured half-pint on 26th Aug 2015 at the Peterborough Beer Festival. Pale golden body with a white head. Nice malty nose with a hop backdrop, taste similar, no citrus notes (good) although their was a fruity hint or two. Very pleasant.

Cask ale by hand-pump, half at Flower Pot. Thin patchy head. Lacing to the upper part of the glass. Clear golden body. Discreet aroma of oily and grassy hops. Likewise the taste character is made up by mid-sweet hops and a touch of honey sweetness. Mid-dry ending. Pretty average (Derby 20.02.2015).
